1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the fit188 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fit188 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or wager under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. Commercial or institutional wagering is not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion that restricts your access to online gambling services.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of fit188 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be legally restricted in your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.
• You confirm that the funds used for deposits and wagering are not derived from any illegal source and are not subject to any anti-money-laundering investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of fit188 services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply:

1. One Account Only. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
2. Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number (NIK as shown on your KTP), residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). fit188 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Two-Factor Authentication. fit188 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature adds a second layer of security and is available at no charge via the Account Settings panel.
5. Account Suspension. fit188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion if it determines that the Account holder has breached these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in any conduct deemed detrimental to the Platform or its other users.
6. Minor Protection. If fit188 discovers or reasonably suspects that an Account is being used by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending wagers voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source minus applicable processing costs.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fit188 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. fit188 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet).
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment processor. In the event of a technical delay, contact our support team via live chat.
• fit188 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals may only be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own verified name.
• All withdrawal requests require a fully completed KYC verification on your Account. Withdrawals requested before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is approved.
• Standard processing time for bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri is 1–3 hours from the time of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Gold and Diamond VIP members receive priority processing with most transfers completed within 60 minutes.
• E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and ShopeePay are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval.
• fit188 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks to withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 or that are flagged by our fraud-detection systems. Processing times for such requests may be extended by up to 48 hours.
• fit188 will not process withdrawals to any third party, cryptocurrency wallet, or payment method not previously used by the Player on the Platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fit188 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published with each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirement. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a 5× wagering requirement applied to the combined total of the deposit amount and the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Validity Period. Bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of the qualifying deposit and must be fully wagered within 30 days of the claim date. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses will expire and be removed from the Account balance without notice.
• One Bonus Per Player. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including through duplicate accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets contribute 20%. The Platform displays individual game contribution rates within the Promotions section.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable as a result of a bonus is capped at 5× the original bonus value.
• Modification and Cancellation. fit188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion in good faith will have their existing bonus terms honoured.

6 Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers and game sessions conducted on the fit188 Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel) are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Wager Finality. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. fit188 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error due to a technical fault or manifestly incorrect odds.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game and market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the point of wagering. fit188 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Sports Betting. All sports markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Timnas Indonesia internationals — are settled in accordance with official competition results. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (handicap) markets follow standard international Asian handicap settlement rules.
• Live In-Play Betting. In-play wagers are accepted subject to live odds availability. fit188 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event. Wagers accepted before a market suspension are settled on the final event result.
• Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes. Discrepancies between Platform-displayed results and official results will be resolved in favour of the official draw record.
• Live Casino. All live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack powered by Evolution Gaming — are subject to the respective studio's house rules, which are displayed within each game interface. fit188 is not liable for disruptions to live streams caused by third-party infrastructure failures.
• Slot Games. All slot titles on fit188 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific session outcomes.
• Disconnection Policy. If a Player's internet connection is interrupted during a game session, the outcome will be determined by the game server's final recorded state. fit188 is not liable for losses arising from Player-side connectivity failures.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fit188 Platform. Violation of any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in betting or game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or fit188 staff to manipulate game results or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Abusing bonuses through pattern wagering, low-risk hedging strategies, or coordinated multi-account claiming designed to extract promotional value without genuine play risk.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal sources. fit188 actively cooperates with anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with fit188's servers, databases, network infrastructure, or software systems in any unauthorized manner.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward fit188 support staff or other Platform users.
• Allowing a third party to operate your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.

8 KYC & Verification

fit188 is required to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification on all Accounts prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process is as follows:

• Identity Document. You must submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID. For Indonesian residents, the accepted document is your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian national identity card). International players may submit a valid passport.
• Proof of Address. A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the past 90 days and showing your full name and residential address is required.
• Payment Method Verification. You may be asked to provide evidence that the deposit payment method belongs to you — for example, a screenshot of your BCA or BRI mobile banking app showing your name and account number.
• Source of Funds. For withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000, fit188 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of the funds in your Account (e.g., salary slips, business income statements).
• Processing Time. KYC documents are reviewed within 1–3 business days of submission. fit188 will notify you by email once your verification is approved or if additional documents are required.
• Refusal. fit188 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request and close an Account if a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of being requested to do so.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the fit188 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, software code, written content, game assets, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of fit188 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe).

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of fit188.
• The fit188 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of fit188. Unauthorized use of these marks in any commercial or public context is prohibited.

10 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fit188 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses from wagering outcomes.
• Technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or data transmission errors beyond fit188's reasonable control, including failures originating with third-party payment processors or game studios.
• Any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials or from unauthorized access to your Account by a third party.
• Actions taken in good faith by fit188 in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering, fraud-prevention, or responsible gaming obligations — including temporary Account restrictions or withdrawal holds.
• Changes in the legal status of online gambling in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction, and any consequences to you arising from such changes.

11 Privacy & Data

fit188 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies strictly to the extent necessary for Platform operations and legal compliance.
• All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure, access-controlled servers.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. Requests are processed within 30 days.

12 Amendments

fit188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated as follows:

• Material changes — those affecting Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus structures — will be communicated via email to all registered Account holders at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Minor or administrative changes (e.g., clarifications of existing clauses, correction of typographical errors) may take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
• Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fit188 holds its international offshore gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

fit188 makes no representation that the Platform is legal, appropriate, or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players in Indonesia access the Platform at their own legal discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
